From securing data and workspaces to conflicts and background screening, we endeavor to ensure that security and client confidentiality remains at the forefront of our approach to client service.
Our security measures include the following practices:
Encompass has dedicated facilities in Columbia, SC and Nashville, TN. Entrances to our workspaces are secured at all times, and access is restricted. Key cards or personal access codes are assigned to all personnel. Additional security measures include badging, staffed reception, and security guards. Visitors must be escorted and supervised.
All workstations have limited desktop configurations and restricted internet access. DVD/CD ROM and USB device capabilities are disabled. We utilize Department of Defense-compliant hard drive wipe utilities. Privacy screens are affixed to all monitors.
Data and Documents
Data and document security measures include encryption measures, third party data hosting with Tier 3 data centers, procedures to secure hard copy materials, and chain of custody procedures.
Academic and bar credentialing, background checks, and reference checks are required for all Encompass projects. Our measures also include conflicts checks and other special screening and checks as requested by clients.
